Leading Digital Transformation
16-22 October 2022
Møller Institute, University of Cambridge
Digital Transformation is the opportunity for companies to fundamentally change the way work is done so the organization can grow and remain competitive over time. It’s not about “if” your company should make a digital transformation, but about “how”.
As a leader, you will need to create new perspectives and resources to navigate this ever-changing digital landscape and ensure your organization's survival.
In this highly practical, in person programme, you will develop tools and resources to lead an ongoing, agile and strategic effort to stay ahead of digital disruptions.
A one-week immersion that equips executives with disruptive strategies to become digital leaders in their respected fields.
Critical analysis of alternative organisational hierarchies in the digital environment
Best practices in global commerce, omnichannel, logistics and customer care
Leveraging data and artificial intelligence to boost sales and customer loyalty
Critiquing case studies and stress-testing theories with qualified professors.
This programme combines lead teachers, who have vast market experience and are a reference in various areas of digital commerce, with real business cases that bring out the digital transformation challenges overcome by large companies in different segments.

"I found value in the opportunity to explore real case studies with professors that have experience in retail and brands. We not only focused on success cases, but also complex projects and learned from failed executions."
"Prior to attending EICOM I didn't think it was necessary to bring in eCommerce into our company. We have 14 physical stores and an online presence but everything has been separated. Now I see that knowing your customer journey through integrated data, whether he or she is purchasing online or in-store is absolutely essential if we were to survive today's retail landscape."
"EICOM was, by far, the course that could open my mind the most to the digital transformations that companies are going through and to the most actual management methods. Besides, being with the best business executives from the retail market opened unique opportunities to me and my companies."
"EICOM's Executive Programme has really helped with our strategy for Digital Transformation. I lead a large team at Yves Rocher. After attending EICOM and learning about concepts such as the IT Mirror, we started prioritising hiring people with digital skills even in roles that did not traditionally require them such as sales and sales support and marketing."
"Meeting executives from all over the world, all of us in different stages - from emerging to mature economies - and knowing that we all face the same challenges was inspiring."
"What an incredible experience! We’ve had colleagues from 10 different countries, we saw a lot of real life case studies and the course was very easy to understand. I felt that we all spoke the same language and when you put all this knowledge in one room, a lot of ideas evolve. EICOM was the best investment in time I’ve done in the last decade."
