In-Company Courses

Considerable disruption is caused when in-company course participants are unable to attend in-company courses. For this reason, only cancellations requested at a maximum of 11 business days before the course start date will be fully refundable.

If a student, with a confirmed place at an in-company course, cancels within 10 working days before the start of the course, they will be charged 50% of the course fee.

If the company paying for the student wants to replace them for another student, this can be done free of charge if only a maximum of 20% of the course progress has passed.

After 20% of the course progress, there is a big impact on the student’s experience and a significant part of content will be missed. For this reason, and to make sure the entire class remains at the same pace, no reimbursements of the fee, neither student’s replacements will be allowed at this stage.

We consider 20% of course progress in terms of weeks. For example: If a course has a duration of 10 weeks, student replacements are allowed until the end of the 2nd week.

Executive Programme - leading digital transformation

The programme fee covers tuition, materials, accommodations, and most meals. The settlement of the fee is required at a minimum of 30 days prior to the start date of the programme.

If you cancel 60 or more days before the programme start date, you will get a refund of the Programme fee. Refunds can only be made if you use the same bank account/payment method as for the initial payment.

If you cancel 30–59 days before the programme start date, you will be charged 50% of your programme fee.

Due to program demand and the volume of preprogram preparation, if you cancel 8–29 days before the programme start date, you will be charged 70% of your programme fee.In case of cancellation within 7 days of the programme start date, or a non-attendance on the programme, you are not entitled to any refunds.
